Be Inspired For Real Coaching is a faith-driven coaching platform where real transformation happens. Our mission is to connect people with Christ-centered coaches who can walk with them through personal struggles, faith challenges, career changes, and everyday life decisions. We believe that coaching is not about quick fixes but about building long-term growth and alignment with God’s plan. As a coach, you’ll be part of a trusted network that provides encouragement, accountability, and wisdom rooted in biblical principles.
2. What does Be Inspired For Real offer life coaches?
Be Inspired For Real provides partner coaches with a professional platform, increased visibility, and meaningful opportunities to connect with people seeking Christ-centered support.
As a partner coach, you’ll receive:
• A professional coach profile highlighting your story, services, pricing, and specialties
• Visibility across our growing faith-centered community
• Marketing support through social media, newsletters, blog content, and seasonal campaigns
• Opportunities to connect with people who complete the BIFR Clarity Check™, receive their personalized BIFR Growth Profile™, and identify coaching as an appropriate next step
This partnership allows you to remain independent while benefiting from BIFR’s platform, visibility, and promotional support.
3. What benefits can I expect as a coach?

4. Am I in control of my coaching business? Yes.
A. You set your rates
You decide your prices for sessions, packages, or group programs. There are no restrictions on how you design your coaching services.
B. Clients pay you directly
When a client books you through our platform, they pay you first. We do not process, hold, or manage client payments. You stay in full control of the financial relationship.

5. How does the 80/20 Revenue Share work?
The 80/20 revenue share means you keep 80% of what you earn from your clients, and Be Inspired For Real receives 20%. Clients pay you directly, and after you receive payment, you send us our portion. This structure is simple, fair, and designed to help you grow without the stress of doing it all alone.
6. What do life coaches receive in exchange for 20%?
Be Inspired For Real helps create opportunities for connection through:

Marketing Visibility: We may feature your profile, expertise, content, and services across our website, social media, newsletters, blog, and seasonal campaigns.

The BIFR Growth Journey™: Individuals begin with the BIFR Clarity Check™, receive their personalized BIFR Growth Profile™, and explore the partner coach whose focus fits their current season. When they are ready, their next step is that coach’s private BIFR Growth Conversation™.

Direct Coach Relationships: After the Growth Conversation, clients arrange ongoing coaching, scheduling, and payment directly with their selected coach, except when a specific BIFR promotion states otherwise.

Platform Support: BIFR hosts and maintains your coach profile and invests in website upkeep, secure hosting, client-facing resources, and search visibility.
BIFR provides visibility and connection opportunities but does not guarantee a specific number of clients, referrals, or bookings.
7: You keep 80%
The remaining 80% is yours to keep. This allows you to earn the majority of your income while benefiting from our promotional efforts and community reach.

What should I expect?
9. Is there a guarantee Be Inspired For Real will be referring clients to me?
BIFR provides a professional coach profile, promotional visibility, platform support, and opportunities to connect with prospective clients.
We actively promote our partner coaches, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of clients, referrals, bookings, or income. Results depend on client needs, coach fit, availability, pricing, and participation in promotional opportunities.
10. Do I have to handle marketing on my own?
Your own marketing efforts remain important, but you won’t be building visibility alone. BIFR supports partner coaches through a professional coach profile and may feature your expertise, content, and services across our website, social media, newsletters, blog, and seasonal campaigns.
The strongest results come when partner coaches also participate by sharing content, responding promptly to inquiries, and promoting their BIFR profile and services.
11. Is there a minimum time commitment?
Yes. We ask partner coaches to commit to either six or twelve months. This gives us time to build and promote your profile, introduce your work to our community, and create consistent opportunities for people to discover your services. The specific term, renewal, and cancellation details are outlined in the Coaching Agreement.
12. How do I get started?
Getting started is simple:

Complete the coach application on our Partner With Us page.

BIFR will review your submission for mission, coaching focus, and partnership fit.

If invited to continue, you’ll submit your current CV or résumé, pricing structure, short bio, professional headshot, and any requested certification details.

Review and sign the Coaching Agreement outlining expectations, the 80/20 revenue-share structure, and your partnership term.

Once the agreement is executed, BIFR will create your coach profile and begin the onboarding process.

Partner coaches featured by Be Inspired For Real operate as independent contractors—not as employees, agents, joint venturers, or legal partners of Be Inspired For Real. “Partner Coach” is a marketing designation describing participation in the BIFR platform and does not create a legal partnership.
Each partner coach is responsible for setting their rates and availability, managing their client relationships, delivering their coaching services, maintaining applicable credentials and insurance, paying their taxes, and complying with relevant laws and ethical standards.
Be Inspired For Real provides platform support, promotional visibility, and opportunities for connection, including through the BIFR Growth Journey™. BIFR does not guarantee clients, referrals, bookings, income, or coaching outcomes. Except when a specific BIFR promotion states otherwise, clients arrange ongoing coaching, scheduling, and payment directly with their selected coach.
Services offered through BIFR are coaching services and do not constitute counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis services. Partner coaches must work within the scope of their training and credentials, protect client information, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
