5. How does the 80/20 Revenue Share work?
The 80/20 revenue share means you keep 80% of what you earn from your clients, and Be Inspired For Real receives 20%. Clients pay you directly, and after you receive payment, you send us our portion. This structure is simple, fair, and designed to help you grow without the stress of doing it all alone.

There is no way to guarantee a set number of referrals, because coaching is personal and depends on timing, client readiness, and alignment with your specialty. What we can guarantee is that we are intentional about putting you in front of people who are actively seeking support through consistent promotion, client matching, and visibility across our platforms.

10. Do I have to handle marketing on my own?
No. You don’t have to do this alone. While your own efforts are always welcome, we actively promote your services through our platforms. We will highlight your coaching profile on our website, feature it in our newsletters, and showcase it across our social media channels. In addition, we design campaigns that position you as a voice of hope and expertise. This means you can spend less time worrying about visibility and more time coaching.

11. Is there a minimum time commitment? Yes
We ask for a minimum commitment of six or twelve months. Why? Because coaching takes consistency. Clients need stability and trust to grow, and coaches need time to build relationships and momentum. A longer commitment also allows us to invest more deeply in promoting your services, building credibility, and ensuring your presence has a lasting impact.

You agree to uphold ethical standards, respect client confidentiality, and comply with all applicable laws and professional guidelines. Be Inspired For Real is not liable for any claims, disputes, or outcomes that may arise from your coaching practice.
